What is programmatic advertising, and how is it different from traditional display advertising?

Programmatic advertising is a marketing method that uses algorithmic software to buy digital advertising. With demand-side platforms (DSPs), you can buy ad space automatically across multiple websites, apps, and streaming platforms.

Programmatic media buying involves real-time bidding, audience data, and algorithmic optimisation. We use StackAdapt as our programmatic platform, through which we can create display ad, connected TV ad, audio ad, and DOOH ad campaigns.

Display advertising is an ad format that refers to visual ads that appear on websites and apps, such as banner ads or video ads. We usually run display ads through the Google Display Network (GDN), which can access YouTube, Gmail, and over 2 million websites within Google’s partner ad inventory.
